The factory has a fully automated PVC granulation unit, and the raw materials used comply with EN standards and P65WARNINGS.
All color powders are imported from Japan and will not fade under sunlight. We adopt 1100D strong fibers industrial filaments. At the same time, the factory has 9 production units for twice steps made hose and 6 production units for “through the weave” hose.
Production hose diameter 1"-16", working pressure 4BAR-10BAR. Different colors are available. Our various inkjet printers, roller printers and screen printing can print on the hose according to customer requirements. We can install many types of hose couplings on the hose. All products will be made pressure test and quality test before shipment. Customized carton (color box), pallet and other packaging methods can be accepted.
